Postdoctoral position available immediately to conduct biophysical and pharmacological studies of native and recombinant ryanodine receptors from cerebrovascular myocytes
Applicants must have a PhD in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Cell/Molecular Biology, Physiology, Pharmacology, Neuroscience or related field. Documented (i.e., original research article publications, doctoral thesis) proficiency in electrophysiological recordings of ryanodine receptors using ion channel protein reconstitution into artificial bilayers is absolutely required.
